Overview

OmniHuman is a large-scale, multi-scene audio-visual dataset designed for fine-grained human-centric video modeling. It covers diverse real-world shooting environments and social scenarios, with rich human-human and human-object interactions. Together with the dataset, we introduce OHBench to evaluate human-centric multimodal video generation beyond conventional global quality metrics.

🔥 OmniHuman Dataset Demonstration

We construct OmniHuman, a large-scale, multi-scene audio-visual dataset. Our dataset comprises 1 million videos totaling 1,800 hours, encompassing 80,000 distinct identities. It covers a wide range of authentic shooting environments and diverse social scenarios, featuring both human-human and human-object interactions. All videos are high quality and audio-video synchronized. Hover over a video to hear its audio.

🚀 OmniHuman Benchmark

We establish OHBench, a comprehensive benchmark aligned with human perception for human-centric multimodal video generation, enabling comprehensive diagnosis of model performance in real-world scenarios. The following section details the performance scores of different cases (all videos are generated by different models) across some evaluation metrics in OHBench.

🌄 The Background Plausibility (BP) metric ranges from 1 to 10, with higher values indicating superior quality. As illustrated from left to right, the respective scores from left to right are 9, 1, 2, and 2.
🆔 Regarding Identity Consistency (IC), where both metrics range from 0 to 1, the scores for our metric and the VBench metric from left to right are: 0.671 vs. 0.968, 0.513 vs. 0.970, 0.554 vs. 0.975, and 0.592 vs. 0.976, respectively. Notably, while these videos exhibit significantly different levels of identity fidelity to the naked eye, VBench's scores remain consistently high and nearly identical.
👥 For Dual-Person identity consistency (IC_double) ranges from 0 to 1, the scores from left to right are 0.582, 0.892, 0.471, and 0.466, respectively.
🤝 For interaction naturalness (IN) ranges from 1 to 10 (higher is better), the results from left to right are 6, 2, 9, and 3, respectively.
🎧 For listener realism (LR) metric, which ranges from 1 to 10, the scores from left to right are 1, 9, 1, and 1, respectively.
😊 For emotion similarity (ES) metric, which ranges from 1 to 10, the scores from left to right are 2, 9, 3, and 5, respectively.
📦 For object consistency (OC) metric, which ranges from 1 to 10, the scores from left to right are 1, 2, 2, and 3, respectively.
🏷️ For attribute consistency (AC) metric, which ranges from 1 to 10, the scores from left to right are 2, 3, 1, and 1, respectively.

✨ Comparison of Results: Before vs. After FineTuning

We finetuned LTX-2, the current SOTA model, using 200k samples from the OmniHuman Dataset. Notably, there is zero ID overlap between our benchmark and the training dataset. Our results show comprehensive improvements across all metrics, particularly in audio quality and identity preservation.

🆔 Above are two sets of video comparisons before and after finetuning. In each pair, the first video shows the original LTX-2 output, and the second displays the results after finetuning. It is evident that identity fidelity has been significantly improved.
🎧The video pairs above demonstrate the results before and after finetuning. In each pair, the first video shows the original LTX-2 output, followed by our finetuned version. Please listen closely to the audio: you will notice that the finetuned results exhibit significantly higher quality, with reduced background noise and a substantial boost in the realism and naturalness of the human voice.
